Deep neck abscess is defined as a localized collection of pus that forms in a potential space between the deep neck fascia due to tissue damage that is the spread of infection from various sources, such as teeth, mouth, throat, paranasal sinuses, middle ear and neck. At present, tonsil infection is the main cause in children, while in adults the infection is mainly from teeth or odontogenic sources. 1 -13
